  • Wake Forest Baptist Description & Requirements The NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and Advocate Health, seeks an academically focused GI Medical Oncologist to join one of the nation's leading and fastest-growing cancer programs.

Work/Life Balance:
2.5-3.0 days of outpatient practice per week with modest inpatient responsibilities and protected time for academic pursuits.

The NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at Wake Forest has a great team of clinicians representing all aspects of cancer care including all subspecialties. Faculty have access to a robust clinical and translational research infrastructure, including disease-oriented research programs, investigator-initiated studies, cooperative group participation, industry-sponsored trials, and opportunities to lead innovative research initiatives in gastrointestinal malignancies.
