Description Clinical Research Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) - Warren, NJ $24-$31.50/hour depending on experience IMA Clinical Research is hiring an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a temp-to-perm role in Warren, NJ - a great opportunity to join a stable, established research site. Why you'll like it here: No on-call responsibilities - predictable schedule Temp-to-perm means you can prove it's a fit before committing (and so can we) Work across Phase II-IV clinical trials with a supportive, experienced team What you'll do: Coordinate clinical trials per protocol and SOPs (Phase II-IV; we do not conduct Phase I studies) Serve as a key point of contact with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff Support investigators and ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation (ALCOA) Report adverse events and safeguard study data integrity What you bring: 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience with phlebotomy proficiency Experience vaccinating patients required Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree with equivalent experience considered); Master's a plus RN preferred Comfort managing multiple studies independently CCRC certification a plus, not required
