Temp to Perm Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist - Clinical Research IMA Clinical Research | $22-$25/hour (depending on experience) Join IMA Clinical Research and play a hands-on role in advancing innovative medical treatments. We're seeking a Temp to Perm Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials and collaborate with research teams. Key Responsibilities Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency Qualifications High school diploma (required) 6+ months medical office experience 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
