This is a full-time, in-office role focused on ensuring timely patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain prior authorizations for infusions and imaging services Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Communicate with payers regarding requirements and status updates Submit clinical documentation and assist with appeals Track and follow up on authorizations to avoid delays

Qualifications:

2+ years of prior authorization or benefits verification experience Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid Experience with infusion or radiology services preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Medent software experience a plus
