September 30-October 31, 2026 Faculty Positions in Hematologic Malignancies, Bone Marrow Transplantation, and Cellular Therapy The OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center seeks several hematologist-oncologists for academic faculty positions in the Section of Hematologic Malignancies, Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy. These positions span education, teaching, research, and patient care with a focus on hematologic malignancies, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and CAR-T cell therapy . Rank commensurate with experience. Academic tracks are structured to support a range of career goals and include Clinician, Clinician-Educator, and Clinician-Scientist. Two (2) positions are designated for physician-scientists (MD/PhD or equivalent) and include competitive startup packages to establish independent research programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an approved medical school Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology-Oncology Fellowship training in hematology-oncology with expertise or strong interest in hematologic malignancies Unrestricted medical license, or ability to acquire licensure, and DEA in the State of Oklahoma Academic credentials commensurate with the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor For physician-scientist positions: MD/PhD or equivalent advanced degree, demonstrated research productivity, and commitment to developing an independent research program
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or specialized training in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (autologous and/or allogeneic) Experience or specialized training in CAR-T cell therapy and other cellular immunotherapies Research experience in multiple myeloma, lymphoma, acute leukemia, or related hematologic malignancies Track record of peer-reviewed publications and/or extramural funding Experience with clinical trial design and implementation Commitment to mentoring trainees and junior faculty
