A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

Job Description

Join a collaborative hematology/oncology team where you'll deliver high-quality patient care, teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and contribute to multidisciplinary cancer management. You will work 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day, supported by a staff of two physicians, three APPs, and a dedicated oncology pharmacist. The practice includes a multidisciplinary tumor board and does not require weekend rounding. Compensation is $650K with a WRVU production bonus and opportunities for a faculty appointment and Medical Director role.
Requirements:
MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for state medical licensure; completion of an internal medicine residency and a hematology/oncology fellowship; board certified or board eligible in hematology and/or oncology at the time of appointment. This is a leading cancer center where multidisciplinary teams use advanced therapies, cutting-edge technologies, and patient-focused research to provide care in state-of-the-art facilities.
