Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic research team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination and management of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality of data collection. Your energy and organizational skills will drive the successful execution of research projects, contributing to advancements in healthcare and patient outcomes. Duties Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial activities, including participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up procedures Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and institutional policies throughout all trial phases Review and verify clinical documentation, including consent forms, case report forms, and medical records for accuracy and completeness Monitor patient progress by recording vital signs, blood sampling, and other clinical assessments while ensuring patient safety and comfort Manage data collection processes using electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with CDISC standards for data management Conduct clinical laboratory procedures such as blood sampling and phlebotomy with precision and care Supervise research staff and coordinate project timelines to meet milestones efficiently while maintaining high standards of clinical quality assurance Experience Proven supervising experience in a clinical research setting or healthcare environment Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical research methods, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA regulations Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance within clinical trials Familiarity with statistical software for data analysis and project management tools such as Microsoft Office suite Certification in ICH GCP from a recognized issuer (e.g., ACRP or SOCRA) is required; additional certifications like a CA (California) license or relevant healthcare credentials are a plus Hands-on experience with EMR systems, clinical laboratory procedures, blood sampling techniques, and vital signs monitoring Understanding of clinical development processes, research project management, and adherence to clinical ethical guidelines such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards Ability to interpret research data accurately using analysis skills aligned with CDISC standards while ensuring compliance with clinical quality assurance standards Join us to be part of a dedicated team advancing medical research through meticulous coordination, innovative data management, and unwavering commitment to ethical standards. Pay:
$30.60 - $36.85 per hour
