We are seeking a Florida-licensed internal medicine physician for a compensated, part-time, non-exclusive Principal Investigator collaboration. The physician will review potential clinical trial protocols individually and provide medical and investigator oversight only for studies they agree to accept. Depending on the protocol, responsibilities may include participant evaluations, oversight of informed consent and patient safety, review of study data, and supervision of delegated research activities. Protocol-required visits and duties take place on-site in Coral Gables. HealthMedix provides clinical research coordinators, regulatory and study-startup support, sponsor and CRO communication, patient recruitment and prescreening, scheduling, and study-documentation support. This opportunity can complement an existing medical practice; it does not require the physician to close or relocate that practice.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Florida medical license Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine Availability to perform protocol-required duties on-site in Coral Gables Commitment to participant safety, accurate documentation, and investigator oversight Prior clinical research experience preferred, but not required Each study and its time commitment will be reviewed individually. Compensation will be established through a written agreement based on the accepted protocol and required physician responsibilities.
