A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

Job Description
Excellent opportunity in East Tennessee Join an established group of 30+ that offers the reward of working with and teaching residents while maintaining the independence of a partner owned/managed practice. The group is seeking fellowship trained candidates (graduates in '26 and '27) with the following subspecialty expertise: Abdominal/Body Imaging Prefer on site or hybrid but would consider remote PET/Nuclear Medicine Prefer on site or hybrid but would consider remote 7 on 14 off swing shift (5p - 2a) Can be remote, hybrid or on site You can expect 70-80 wrvu s during the week and 11 wrvus on the weekend. Share 1:6 weekends. The practice covers the largest and fastest growing hospital, as well as several outpatient imaging locations across the community. The group's growing outpatient presence has helped shift the volume mix towards more 8a - 5p imaging rather than 24 x 7 ER's to cover. In addition, the group has outstanding relationships with a Brain Spine Institute, Heart Lung Vascular Institute, Woman's and Infants Center, and Cancer Institute, which will provide for ample collaborative referral and patient care opportunities in these desired subspecialty areas. fellows will receive 575k first year , 75% partnership 2 nd year, full partnership 3 rd year - 950k. Experienced Rads will be offered 75% partnership to start with full partnership 2 nd year. Comprehensive benefit package includes malpractice, 401k, expense and CME, health, 60+ days PTO and a financial package that includes pre-employment financial support beginning in your final year of Residency and during your Fellowship (2 years of financial support). In addition to these pre-employment financial incentives, a lucrative signing bonus is offered. You may also qualify for well over six figures of student loan forgiveness as a member of our group. The group has a robust internal shift "buy/sell" system that allows those who wish to work/earn more the opportunity to do so and similarly those desiring more time off may also do so by giving up shifts. The practice has a dedicated overnight and after-hours service team such that these positions would have no to very little after hours call responsibilities.
