This position is specifically for associate-level therapists. Fully independently licensed therapists who do not need supervision are not the focus of this current hiring round. We offer in-house supervision if needed , administrative support, credentialing support, consistent client referrals, peer collaboration, and a team environment. Position Details Associate-Level Mental Health Therapist New Jersey license required Fully remote1099 contractor role No health or dental benefits Primary clinical supervision provided in-house Minimum availability: 15 clinical hours per week required Who This Position Is For This position is for therapists who: Hold an active associate-level New Jersey license in good standing Need a primary clinical supervisor Are working toward independent licensure Can commit to a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week Are able to consistently see clients each week Are comfortable working in a fully virtual practice Value documentation, communication, professionalism, and client care Want to be part of a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, MI, and other appropriate interventions. Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Participate in clinical supervision as required Participate in team collaboration and peer support spaces Communicate professionally with clients and the administrative team. Schedule Expectations Minimum of 15 clinical hours per week required Flexible scheduling within practice needs Consistent weekly availability required Must be able to build and maintain an active caseload.
