A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

Manage outpatient Hematology and Oncology cases in a modern Cancer Center Participate in both outpatient clinics and inpatient oncology cases Provide support for oncology treatments, including infusion and chemotherapy Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and access clinical trials Contribute to the rebuilding phase of the practice, enhancing quality care Cover practice call and inpatient duties (no weekend work) Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and coordinationWhat You Need:
Required:
MD or DO degree with valid South Carolina medical license or eligibility Board Certified or eligible in Hematology and Oncology Ability to obtain J1 or H1B visa sponsorship (if applicable) Residency within the local area or willingness to relocatePreferred:
Prior experience with outpatient oncology care Ability to work independently initially, with a collaborative mindset Strong communication and clinical skills About theAssignment:
This position is based at a state-of-the-art Cancer Center in Anderson, SC, serving approximately 1,200 new cancer cases annually. The facility features on-site radiation oncology, infusion services, laboratory, and access to clinical trials throughUC-NCORP.
