Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, TX is hosting a Residency Hiring Event for new and recent medical graduates seeking comprehensive clinical training. Join a patient-centered, community-focused teaching environment where you'll manage diverse, complex cases under close supervision of experienced physicians. Residents participate in interdisciplinary rounds, evidence-based care, and quality improvement initiatives while honing diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills.
