Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our clinical research team in Spring, Texas. This is a hands-on role supporting the Site Manager and research team with clinical trial operations, patient-related activities, laboratory processing, and study documentation. Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day clinical research activities Perform EDC data entry and maintain accurate study documentation Upload study documents and assist with maintaining research records Assist with patient pre-screening for clinical trial eligibility Perform blood draws/venipuncture and specimen collection Process, prepare, package, and coordinate shipment of laboratory specimens Handle and maintain dry ice for specimen shipments Maintain inventory of lab kits, dry ice, and research supplies Assist with study visits and other research-related tasks as needed Follow study protocols, GCP requirements, and site procedures Qualifications Previous clinical research or healthcare experience mandatory Comfortable working with laboratory specimens and clinical trial documentation Strong computer and data-entry skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a research team Experience with clinical trials, EDC systems, or research specimen processing is a plus.
