Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator Location:
Spring, TX Organization:
Community Clinical Trials, a community oncology clinical research site within
Genesis Medical Group Type:
Full-time Community Clinical Trials is a community oncology research site with a health equity mission, bringing clinical trial access to oncology patients in the greater Houston area who otherwise wouldn't have it. We are a small, hands-on team working directly with our Principal Investigators, not a large institutional research office. You'll have real ownership over your studies from startup through closeout.

What You will Do Study Coordination Work directly with the PI and Staff Manager to plan and execute oncology clinical trials Coordinate participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention Schedule and manage participant visits and study procedures Participant Management Screen and consent participants; ensure understanding of study procedures Support participants throughout the study and coordinate follow-up visits Data & Regulatory Enter and maintain accurate study data in CRIO (our CTMS) Assist with IRB submissions and maintain regulatory files Ensure ongoing compliance with GCP guidelines Communication Serve as the point of contact between sponsors, PI, and participants Flag and help resolve study-related issues as they come up What We're Looking For Prior experience as a research coordinator in oncology clinical trials (required) Working knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulations Comfort with EDC systems (Medidata, Veeva Vault experience a plus) Strong organization and attention to detail, you'll be managing multiple active protocols Good to Know Occasional evening/weekend availability may be needed around participant visit windows Bachelor's degree preferred Travel 45% of the time required How to
