Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it. Description The Research Coordinator plays a key role in supporting AMGA's research and analytics team. This role is integral to executing pragmatic implementation studies, supporting oversight and updates to the Research & Analytics web pages and marketing efforts, and supporting qualitative and quantitative studies. The Research Coordinator will ensure that AMGA's research initiatives run smoothly, stakeholders remain engaged, and outcomes are communicated effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in both independent and team-based environments. Requirements Key responsibilities Implementation Studies Work closely with the study leads assisting in development of study specific templates, documents and project timelines. Support implementation studies through identification of appropriate quality measures, development of measurement reporting templates, and data visualizations. Organize and oversee logistics with each study participant/organization including scheduling virtual meetings, tracking deliverables according to the timelines, and managing member recruitment communications. Oversee in-person study meetings, including member registration, hotel contracts, logistics, and speaker support. Contribute to environmental scans, infographics, white papers, manuscripts, and other implementation science-based activities. Assist with the development of reports for sponsors, grantors, members, committees, and task forces. Provide quality assurance, including proofreading, cross-checking lists, and ensuring accuracy of program outputs. Administrative & Cross-Team Support Support IRB applications across studies through drafting, editing, and tracking for both AMGA and local IRBs of study organizations. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, agenda development, invoice processing, document preparation, letters of support, research proposal preparation. Perform other duties as assigned to advance AMGA's Research and Analytics Program. Membership, Marketing & Communication Maintain AMGA's Research and Analytics webpages. Update webpages as new content becomes available. Maintain accurate records of AMGA membership changes as they relate to research program participants in AMGA's online platform. Manage the Research Interest Group listserv, sending out periodic notices for upcoming opportunities and sharing research insights. Support research program marketing through email campaigns, press releases, and social media content.
