A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

Provider Specialty Hematology and Oncology Specialists Overview:
Sentara Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative practice in the Woodbridge area of Northern Virginia. Based at the Potomac Building of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center campus, this opportunity offers the chance to practice high-quality, patient-centered oncology in a supportive and collegial environment. Our team is deeply committed to delivering comprehensive cancer care that is innovative, compassionate, and tailored to each patient's needs, while continuing to advance oncology services throughout the region. The practice includes a dedicated group of 2 physicians who provide personalized, evidence-based care in a modern setting designed to support both patients and providers. Physicians enjoy access to the latest treatment protocols ensuring patients receive advanced care while allowing providers to remain engaged at the forefront of oncology.
Position Highlights:
