Job Title:
Clinical Research Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee a team of CRCs and research assistants. You will play a crucial role in supporting research by conducting patient visits and assisting the team as needed. You will also be responsible for communicating with CRAs and sponsors and reporting to the Site Operations Manager. This role involves supporting protocol management, regulatory compliance, study coordination, real-time data management, and budget oversight. With approximately 45 active oncology trials, our primary focus locations include Glendale, Long Beach, Fountain Valley, and Cerritos. Responsibilities Oversee a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and research assistants. Conduct patient visits and support the research team as needed. Communicate effectively with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and sponsors. Report to the Site Operations Manager. Support protocol management, regulatory compliance, and study coordination. Manage real-time data entry and ensure accuracy. Oversee budget and financial aspects of the trials. Screen, recruit, and consent patients for participation in trials. Coordinate and manage oncology or infusion-based clinical trials. Essential Skills 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Proficiency in clinical research and clinical trials, particularly in oncology. Strong management skills and ability to lead a team. Experience with regulatory compliance and data entry. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems. Ability and willingness to screen, recruit, and consent patients. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Experience in oncology or infusion-based clinical settings. Phlebotomy skills. Work Environment Join a collaborative team consisting of 2 full-time CRCs, 2 part-time CRCs, 2 research assistants, 4 data management staff, and 4 regulatory staff providing flexible corporate support. Project management support is also available. The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cerritos, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
