We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Research Nurse Manager to lead clinical research operations, elevate quality patient care, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic oncology research environment. This is an opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patients enrolled in clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day clinical research nursing operations within the Clinical Research Unit.
  • Drive excellence in patient care, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
  • Manage staffing, coaching, performance development, and team engagement.
  • Partner across departments to support research protocols and protocol patient care.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, implementations of new services and budget stewardship.
  • Support education and clinical research readiness across inpatient and outpatient teams.
Your qualifications should include:
Education:
BSN or Masters Licensure:
CA RN License Experience:
3-5 years oncology nursing experience 1-2 years of Supervisor experience
Preferred:
