We are seeking a Director of Operations to standardize excellence across our national footprint. This role is a strategic leadership position designed for a "builder" who can scale operations in a private equity-backed environment while maintaining rigorous FDA and GCP compliance.

Core Responsibilities Network Leadership:

Provide hands-on operational oversight for a regional and national network of clinical research sites.

Performance Metrics:

Drive site-level success by hitting enrollment targets, financial KPIs, and quality benchmarks.

Process Standardization:

Partner with Site Managers to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and implement unified SOPs.

Strategic Growth:

Lead the operational integration of newly acquired physician practices into the ECN ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners to ensure project delivery.

Compliance Oversight:

Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements Experience:

5+ years of progressive leadership in clinical research or multi-site healthcare management.

Operational Scaling:

Proven track record of managing geographically distributed teams in a high-growth or PE-backed setting.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of clinical trial life cycles, regulatory frameworks, and site-level financial management.

Travel:

Ability to travel nationally as needed to support site integrations and performance reviews.
