The CRC will be responsible for managing the performance of clinical trials, ensuring that they align with the company's vision and mission. This role involves planning, coordinating, evaluating, and managing the care of both participants and data for assigned trials.Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilization of technology for healthcare management.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
