Sunbright Health Medical Center & Clinical Research Institute Sunbright Health is seeking a highly motivated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary medical center as Medical Director . This unique opportunity combines clinical practice leadership with participation in innovative clinical research programs, allowing physicians to significantly enhance their income while contributing to advancements in patient care. About Sunbright Health Sunbright Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population throughout South Florida. In addition to our thriving medical practice, we operate an established clinical research division conducting FDA-regulated studies in partnership with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Position Overview The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership for the practice while maintaining a busy outpatient schedule. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, team leadership, and advancing medicine through clinical research. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services. Manage a patient volume of approximately 30-35 patients per day . Serve as the Medical Director for the site, providing clinical oversight and leadership. Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and clinical standards. Participate as a Principal Investigator in clinical trials. Support patient recruitment, protocol compliance, and study-related medical oversight. Contribute to the growth and development of the organization's clinical and research programs. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain). Active Medicare and Medicaid. Strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Interest in clinical research required; prior research experience is a plus but not required. Must Speak English and Spanish. Compensation & BenefitsClinical Compensation Competitive base salary. Clinical Research Compensation Physicians have the opportunity to earn from $100,000 to $200,000+ annually through participation in clinical research studies conducted at Sunbright Health.
