True North offers a straightforward W-2 compensation model based on clinical hours. The following annualized figures assume a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week and 48 weeks of clinical work per year, allowing approximately four weeks away from clinical work. Clinician Level Rate / Clinical Hour 25 Hours / Week 48 Weeks / Year Master's-level $62.50 $1,562.50/week $75,000/year Doctoral-level $102.50 $2,562.50/week $123,000/year At 25 clinical hours per week for 48 weeks, a master's-level clinician earns $75,000 in annual clinical compensation, while a doctoral-level clinician earns $123,000. Actual annual compensation may vary based on time off, schedule, and bonus opportunities. • A licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania

• Current Pennsylvania license as a Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW
• Master's or doctoral degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline

• Ability to maintain a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week Preferred
