About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Project Manager to lead the delivery of administrative office, clinical, and healthcare facility projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic project leader who can seamlessly balance business consulting, stakeholder engagement, capital planning, and project execution. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will partner with executives, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify real estate solutions that support organizational goals, enhance employee and patient experiences, and maximize capital investments. You will oversee projects from initial business case development and site selection through design, construction, occupancy, and post-project closeout. The Project Manager provides consulting project management services for our healthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Project Manager will lead Administrative/Clinical construction projects for our client across the Midwest. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of corporate office projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote role for someone in the Midwest with travel required. What you'll do Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Interface directly with clients to prepare all project elements, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
