Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Site Selection Manager specialized in Clinical Research to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of optimal sites for clinical trials. This pivotal role involves leveraging market research, enterprise solutions, and procurement expertise to ensure the selection of sites that meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, vendor relationship management, and strategic sourcing within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end clinical trial operations across designated site networks to ensure flawless execution of study protocols. Enforce standardized Standard Operating Procedures, eReg systems, and structured workflows at clinical sites. Conduct baseline operational diagnostic audits to identify risk-tiered findings and implement prioritized remediation roadmaps. Mediate high-stakes friction between sponsors, CROs, and clinical sites using objective data and root-cause analysis. Monitor leading performance indicators to predict operational bottlenecks before they impact trial milestones. Maintain rigorous oversight of documentation and data integrity to ensure strict system-wide adherence to ALCOA+ principles. Protect operational bandwidth by holding stakeholders accountable to contracted scope boundaries and deliverables. Leverage modern workflows, Clinical Trial Management Systems, and automated tools to keep site operations lean and efficient. Deliver unvarnished, objective feedback to site leadership and internal teams to continuously drive quality improvement. Required Qualifications Proven track record managing complex clinical trials within a site network, CRO, or sponsor environment. Deep technical understanding of FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and clinical research compliance standards. Experience deploying and managing digital clinical systems, including CTMS, eReg, and eSource platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes relationships and effectively drive compliance among highly credentialed stakeholders. Strong financial acumen regarding clinical trial budgets, capacity modeling, and resource allocation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills geared toward executive reporting and radical candor.
