EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required Education Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Experience 5 years Of general nursing to include and 1 year Of supervisory experience Licenses and Certifications (RN)

REGISTERED NURSE

Licensure as Registered Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and (BLS)

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT

Upon Hire Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree BSN Experience
