Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Research Site Manager located in Plano/Frisco, TX. The Clinical Research Site Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensure compliance with protocols, and oversee clinical operations. Key responsibilities also include project management, staff coordination, and ensuring the quality and integrity of research data. Qualifications Minimum of one year management experience is required Must have history of patient care experience Vaccine trial experience a plus Skills in Protocol management and Research Experience in Clinical Operations and Clinical Trials management Project Management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX Must be able to travel within ACRC Trials locations, as needed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; nursing or advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
