Job Description Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Scientist to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with experience in chromatography (aSEC) and LC-MS techniques.

Responsibilities:
Support the management and characterization of critical reagents for clinical and non-clinical bioanalytical assays. Independently handle routine inventory, physical receipt, tracking, storage, and discrepancy resolution for standard and custom reagents, matrices, and reference standards. Conduct analytical characterization (such as concentration determination, aSEC, and LC-MS) and maintain proper documentation in electronic notebooks. Coordinate equipment calibrations (pipettes and balances), perform safety inspections, manage off-site storage, and handle general lab maintenance tasks. Report and present scientific findings to cross-functional teams while strictly complying with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline paired with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with analytical size exclusion chromatography (aSEC) and LC-MS techniques. Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and deliver results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with a willingness to learn electronic data management systems and lab software.
