Overview Soiltech Environment Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Environmental Scientist, Geologist, or Environmental Engineer to join our growing team in Tampa . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental consulting, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation , and regulatory compliance. Duties Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Perform Contamination Screening Evaluation Reports (CSER). Perform Phase II / Level 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Conduct environmental field investigations, including groundwater and soil sampling. Prepare technical reports, environmental assessments, and project documentation. Prepare proposals, project scopes, fee estimates, and cost proposals. Review technical reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Interpret environmental data and conduct research. Read and interpret project plans and specifications. Manage environmental projects from planning through completion. Interact with clients and provide technical support. Prepare marketing and presentation materials. Mentor junior scientists and review work performed by project team members. Support roadway environmental studies for transportation-related projects. Work from remote office locations as needed. Ensure projects are completed within established schedules and project constraints. Qualifications These requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or Chemistry from an accredited four-year college or university. Preferred a Licensed PE or PG. Minimum 3+ years of office and field experience in environmental consulting (Phases 1 & 2, Remediation,..). Experience preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Experience preparing Contamination Screening Evaluation Reports (CSER). Experience performing Phase II / Level 2 Environmental Site Assessments. Experience with roadway environmental studies preferred. Experience with project management, proposal preparation, and client interaction. Experience directing groundwater and soil sampling programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work within project schedules and deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license required.
