Environmental Specialist / Maintenance
Job Description
Job description: We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to join our team. The Environmental Specialist/Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining agency properties. The Facilities team is expected to perform deep cleaning and sanitizing facilities. The Environmental Specialist/Maintenance Staff will assist with the timely completion of assigned maintenance requests and assist with moving furniture, removing snow, and operating a variety of machinery and vehicles as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facility Operations Director.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 1:00pm- 8:30pmBenefits:

High school diploma or HSED (GED)- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets agency authorized driver criteria
- Be able to lift 20lbs and occasionally 50lbs.
- Six months of consecutive work experience
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team. PreferredSkills, Experience:
Environmental or maintenance experience preferred.Schedule :
