Product Stewardship Coordinator Fuchs Lubricants Co. United States, Illinois, Harvey 17050 Lathrop Avenue (Show on map) Oct 02, 2026

Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $78,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

The Product Stewardship Specialist works as part of the EHS team and plays a critical role in the information exchange with internal and external customers to ensure safe and proper handling of Fuchs' product portfolio.

Specific responsibilities include:

Identifying and communicating emerging product safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.

Maintaining component hazard and regulatory information.

Preparing Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label text for Company's products according to the Global Harmonized System.

Evaluating products and components against various governmental safety, environmental and transportation regulations.

Responding to customer and internal Company product stewardship inquires.

Qualifications we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, biology or related technical field required.

3-5 years of relevant product stewardship or chemical regulatory work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience with SAP a plus.
