This role monitors permits, tracks reporting deadlines, supports audits, and helps develop and implement policies that minimize environmental impact and regulatory risk. Key Responsibilities Perform asbestos and lead sampling (bulk, dust, air, surface) per project requirements Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, manifests, and lab coordination Communicate with project managers, safety teams, and clients to ensure quality and timelines Maintain and manage documentation for compliance records, permits, and inspection reports Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies Qualifications Asbestos Worker or Supervisor Certificate
  • EPA or state accredited (AHERA compliance) Lead Abatement Worker or Supervisor Certificate
  • EPA or state accredited Lead Renovator (RRP) Certificate
  • EPA or state accredited Air Monitor (PCM/TEM) Certificate
  • NIOSH 582 or equivalent Sampling Technician
