• Key responsibilities
• Participate in treatment planning with the team and client Engage clients in a collaborative and caring relationship, using interpersonal skills, knowledge about recovery, and a trauma-informed approach Provide support to clients through validation, exploration, and pursuit of community roles, and convey hope and celebrate efforts and accomplishments Share personal recovery experiences and practices to inspire and support clients Assist clients in identifying their strengths and personal resources to aid in their recovery Develop , maintain, and provide information about community resources and services Accompany clients to community activities and attend relevant events •Qualifications•High School Diploma/GED Must have a valid driver's license and a favorable recent driving record.
