(PE) is a full-service environmental consulting firm that specializes in providing cost-effective environmental solutions for both government and commercial clientele. PE is growing and seeking an Environmental Scientist or Technician to support a permitting project that includes sampling manhole and outfall locations at industrial facilities across St Louis City and County. The items below would make you a great candidate for the position:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of industry experience; High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree or military service; OSHA 40-Hour

HAZWOPER

certification and a current 8-Hour

refresher: Self-motivated, able to work independently and complete scheduled tasks with little to no supervision; Proficiency in computer software programs, particularly MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat; Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable violations history and reliable transportation to and from the office; Ability to pass an annual physical examination and physician written opinion in compliance with OSHA regulations to wear and work wearing respiratory protection. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs; Ability to travel (less than 25%);
