Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
 Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects; maintaining client files; delivering rush samples; serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateDemonstrates and promotes the company visionRegular attendance and punctualityModerate sample interpretation of clients' analytical requirements and data entry into computer system by keeping up-to-date with technical center requirementsProject management of client projects; liaison between project manager and Sample Registration Delivery of rush samples to appropriate technical centersMaintain client files containing quotes, purchase orders, bottle orders, and incoming sample activity recordsHandling of incoming informational calls into departmentRead, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures; follow all safety precautions and proceduresUnpack sample kits and coolers received at labProvide training assistance within department to new and/or current employeesAssist as needed throughout the department (labeling samples, filing paperwork, etcConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedRole is full time: Sun-Thurs, 8:00pm - 6:30am . Training will be M-F 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm.
QualificationsBasic Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently Computer skills, including data entry Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or SponsorshipIdeal Candidates will have: 1+ years of related laboratory experienceAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Strong organizational skills and detail orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stay productive during times of high volumes of incoming samplesAble to retain large amounts of information Additional InformationPay rate: $17.75/hour + 10% shift differential Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
