As an Environmental Specialist V, you will need functional and technical expertise and skills in areas of air, water and/or waste. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing environmental risk, regular environmental planning, scheduling and cost estimating. You will handle resources, develop strategy for projects and report achievements!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Develops, maintains, improves and provides guidance on environmental processes/policies Assesses environmental risk, provides recommendations to address risk and participates in or runs the approved course of action, including required regulatory documentation Coordinates regular environmental planning, scheduling and cost estimating, including preparation of environmental impact assessments Provides guidance and mentorship to others and is involved in industry associations and environmental communities Leads projects or programs with significant risk and complexity to achieve objectives; develops the strategy for project execution and handles resource requirements Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

Required:

Bachelor's degree and minimum fifteen (15) years of multifaceted environmental experience

Preferred:

Minimum ten (10) years' experience in environmental soil and groundwater assessment and remediation at CERCLA (Superfund) and RCRA sites

Other Requirements:
