North Chicago, Illinois job type: Contract salary: $40.00 - 45.70 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor analytical development work packages outsourced to global external and internal service providers. Support service provider identification, qualification, performance monitoring, and contract/quote assessments. Ensure timely shipment of analytical samples and verify incoming analytical data from external partners. Author and archive critical outsourcing and technical documentation in compliance with GMP standards. Implement IT and database solutions to track outsourcing metrics, project timelines, and budget adherence. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to standardize and optimize outsourcing processes.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience. Hands-on laboratory, analytical, or quality background in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environment. Proven organization, project planning, and global communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.
