8+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience

Open to someone who started in consulting and then switched to industry

The majority of 8 years need to be in consulting, but 3-4 years in industry is okay

Geology, Environmental, or related degree

3+ years Manager/doer who can lead and mentor staff while remaining hands-on

May not have a manager title but instead mentorship experience

Ability to lead/manage the Austin group and build strong internal relationships

6-8 reports

Strong client-facing/business development skills — approximately 25% industry networking, developing new and existing client relationships

Experience with Phase I/Phase II ESAs, environmental due diligence, remediation, and regulatory requirements

Experience with soil and groundwater sampling, laboratory coordination, data review/Excel, and technical reporting

Project management and technical review experience; does not need to be a technical wizard

Management 70% management and 30% hands on

Leader that drives growth and can develop the other scientists

Experience supporting oil & gas/industrial clients with environmental investigations and remediation

Must have a leadership role in a remediation environment - need to be able to train the technical side

Environmental site assessments

Oil and gas experience

Working with soil or vapor or ground water investigations

Going out to redevelopment sites and evaluating risks

Range:

80k- 130k This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
