Job Description

FRAME Technical Services is seeking an Environmental Scientist to support Land Stewardship Program support for planning, land use plan implementation, real estate records management, borrow pit management, post cleanup surveillance and maintenance, GPS and GIS support and travel expense reporting. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Shall be U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents. Must have a four-year degree in a science, engineering, geography, urban planning or related fields . Subcontractor must have a minimum of 3 years' experience providing GPS support for field inspections and assessments. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience using ESRI ArcGIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Pro) to be able conduct tasks such as spatial analysis, imagery, georectification, and create features (e.g., points, lines and polygons) for maps. Experience must be consistent with the material being presented.
