As a Field Decommission Technician, youll be on the front lines of safely dismantling, removing, and processing electrical equipment at customer sites across the country. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically skilled professionals who thrive in the field, value safety, and take pride in performing essential work that supports regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship. What Youll Do Dismantle and remove equipment, materials, and infrastructure from operational sites using hand tools, pneumatic tools, plasma cutters, and AO equipment.

Operate heavy machineryincluding excavators and telehandlerssafely and efficiently.

Work in demanding environments and extended shifts while maintaining professionalism and productivity.

Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill-containment protocols and incident reporting.

Complete assigned work orders and documentation accurately and on time.

Travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnights.
