Prior experience with Environmental Services or Disaster RestorationPosition OverviewThe Environmental Services Inspector conducts field inspections, sampling, and testing to identify environmental hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and support remediation efforts. This role is responsible for performing asbestos and lead assessments, documenting site conditions, coordinating with laboratories and contractors, and producing clear, defensible reports to help clients mitigate risks and meet federal, state, and local requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct environmental inspections to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.

Perform lead testing and asbestos testing in various environments.

Review and analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.

Provide recommendations for remediation and corrective actions based on inspection results.

Stay updated on environmental laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

QualificationsPrior experience with Environmental Services or Disaster Restoration.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
