  • Onsite (Wayne, NJ) | Weekend Night Shift About the Role Join Indotronix as an Environmental Test Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of aerospace and defense hardware.
Working onsite during weekend night shifts, you will conduct rigorous environmental stress testing that directly impacts national security and technological advancement. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech laboratory environment with opportunities to expand your skills in aerospace and defense testing. Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor environmental test chambers simulating extreme temperature and vibration conditions
  • Execute detailed test protocols and collect accurate data, maintaining comprehensive digital logs
  • Multitask across multiple testing jobs, effectively managing priorities in a 24/7 laboratory setting
  • Monitor lab systems and workflows to ensure continuous, high-quality operations
  • Maintain testing equipment and support a paperless documentation process
  • Uphold strict safety and compliance standards throughout all testing activities Required Skills and Experience
  • High School or Trade School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Up to two years' advanced study or hands-on experience in electronic technology
  • 2-4 years' experience in environmental test laboratories, especially in thermal and vibration testing
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-demand environment
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of error reduction and compliance adherence
  • Active Secret Clearance Preferred Skills
  • Experience in aerospace or defense testing environments
  • Proficiency in stress screening processes
