Job Description
- Onsite (Wayne, NJ) | Weekend Night Shift About the Role Join Indotronix as an Environmental Test Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of aerospace and defense hardware.
- Operate and monitor environmental test chambers simulating extreme temperature and vibration conditions
- Execute detailed test protocols and collect accurate data, maintaining comprehensive digital logs
- Multitask across multiple testing jobs, effectively managing priorities in a 24/7 laboratory setting
- Monitor lab systems and workflows to ensure continuous, high-quality operations
- Maintain testing equipment and support a paperless documentation process
- Uphold strict safety and compliance standards throughout all testing activities Required Skills and Experience
- High School or Trade School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Up to two years' advanced study or hands-on experience in electronic technology
- 2-4 years' experience in environmental test laboratories, especially in thermal and vibration testing
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-demand environment
- Detail-oriented with a track record of error reduction and compliance adherence
- Active Secret Clearance Preferred Skills
- Experience in aerospace or defense testing environments
- Proficiency in stress screening processes
