City of Deming Seasonal/Temporary Positions Labor Temp (Pay rate: $13.00 hr.) Open until Filled. The City of Deming is seeking qualified applicants for seasonal/temporary Solid Waste Maintenance Tech positions for the Public Works Department. Applicants must be able to perform routine, unskilled, manual labor in various areas of the position. A valid New Mexico driver's license and acceptable driving record are required . These positions are full-time seasonal/temporary, will not exceed 6 months, and do not include fringe benefits. Individuals offered employment will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test. Applications are available at City Hall and may be printed from our website.
