Job Description:
Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Pollution Control Workers to join a local environmental services team. This position plays an important role in helping protect the community by assisting with wastewater and pollution control operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring environmental compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the operation and maintenance of pollution control and wastewater treatment equipment.

Monitor equipment and report any operational issues or safety concerns.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, tools, and equipment.

Collect samples and assist with basic testing procedures as directed.

Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.

Follow all environmental regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

Assist with general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous industrial, maintenance, construction, utility, or labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background check.
