Job Summary Langan is seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Environmental Technician to support environmental projects throughout Oregon, with a primary focus on compliance and permitting. This position is ideal for an environmental professional with experience in industrial compliance programs, environmental sampling, stormwater management, spill prevention and response, and field-based environmental support. The successful candidate will assist with environmental monitoring, facility inspections, compliance reporting, and spill response activities while supporting a variety of environmental programs, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and Industrial Wastewater. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental field sampling activities, including stormwater, groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and soil sampling.
• Perform routine facility compliance inspections and monitoring activities.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), SPCC, and industrial wastewater programs.
• Assist with industrial stormwater permit compliance, including sampling, inspections, documentation, and reporting.
• Collect, document, and manage environmental field data in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Support spill prevention, preparedness, and response activities, including field mobilization when needed.
• Maintain sampling equipment and calibration records.
