Job Description

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Associate Quality Control for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in West Greenwich, RI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is responsible for microbiology and analytical testing, sample and data management, and equipment operation within a highly dynamic, team-oriented GMP environment. The role requires working a Saturday-Tuesday, 10-hour shift schedule (6:45 AM to 5:15 PM) and involves sample collection to support GMP operations and environmental monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Perform sample collection and sample handling to support GMP operations and Environmental/Water monitoring Perform testing and possible data review for compendia, non-compendia methods, and routine laboratory procedures Generate complete, accurate, and concise laboratory documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation Participate in laboratory investigations and audits as necessary Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities Maintain training compliance and proficiency At all times, comply with safety guidelines, cGMPs/CFRs and other applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field OR Associate's degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience Experience with
GMP/GDP/GLP
in a regulated laboratory environment Strong attention to detail Desired skills: Previous laboratory experience is preferred Pay range: up to $31.43 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
