In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting water management equipment to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver reliable water management solutions to the Veteran Affairs Healthcare System. Duties Conduct monthly inspections, maintenance, and repairs of water management equipment - water monitors. Collect environmental data through field sampling activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to sampling protocols. Support environmental regulatory compliance efforts by monitoring equipment performance and assisting with environmental law adherence. Skills The position requires self-motivation and the capacity to work independently. Must have excellent communication abilities and basic computer skills. The job often requires a great deal of walking around client sites, may include climbing stairs or ladders, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Must have a Driver's License. This part-time position is paid and offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your expertise in water management systems while making a tangible impact on public health of our Veterans, staff and families.
