Staff Development Coordinator (RN) - Infection Prevention Karcher Post Acute Karcher Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator with Infection Prevention experience . Position Summary The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff education and training programs while overseeing infection prevention practices within the facility. This role plays a key part in supporting staff competency, regulatory compliance, and the overall quality of care for our residents.
