Job Description
Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a dedicated Infection Control and Prevention Specialist to join our clinical team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support and guide infection prevention efforts across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a licensed nurse in the state in which you practice. 2+ years of healthcare/clinical experience preferred. Certification in Infection Prevention and Control or ability to obtain immediately after hire. Knowledge in the field of infectious disease and epidemiology. Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements for long-term care. Demonstrated ability to write and implement policies and procedures. Ability to apply experience with technology and IT based instruction. Must have or willing to obtain CPR certification. Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; adaptability, flexibility, and creativity. Ability to communicate with a variety of people. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies Demonstrates competency in teaching and applying adult education. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $32.45- $40.
