Position Summary The Public Health Epidemiologist is responsible for the Infection Prevention and Control Program, developed to control the spread of infections and/or outbreaks. Track and monitor transmissible diseases and notify local, state and federal authorities about reportable diseases as required Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Microbiology, Medical Technology, Epidemiology, Clinical Laboratory Science or a related Allied Health Science field is required.
