Harris Hill Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Concord, NH, seeks an Infection Preventionist RN to lead our infection prevention and control program. The RN conducts surveillance, tracks trends, and coordinates response to potential outbreaks, ensuring adherence to CDC, CMS, and state regulations. Responsibilities include educating staff on standard and transmission-based precautions, PPE use, and hand hygiene; updating policies; auditing practices; and collaborating with nursing, rehab, medical, and support teams. This role supports quality improvement, protects residents and staff, and promotes a culture of safety and compassionate, resident-centered care.
